Your personalized graphics are bonded to the surface of a coordinating acrylic trim plate utilizing our state of the art DigitalFusion process. A clear polycarbonate scratch resistant film is applied to further protect the surface of the badge. Our state of the art DigitalFusion process produces crisp & bright graphics thus making it possible for us to print logos, symbols and text with finest details. To further enhance the look and durability of your new badge we recommend adding our 3D Crystal Doming option.

It is an optically clear casting process that is applied to your imprinted badge prior to shipping that significantly enhances the look and durability of any badge.
Standard on all of our Executive Class Badges. We highly recommend it on all Professional Class, Oval Class and Glimmer Series Badges. You will find this under the "badge options" pull down for all badge types.
