These badges captivate people's attention with their dazzling effect. The Mylar is bonded to the surface of a coordinating acrylic trim plate utilizing our state of the art DigitalFusion process. A clear polycarbonate scratch resistant film is applied to further protect the surface of the badge. The frame is made from multi-layer beveled steel with an electroplate finish. To further enhance the look and durability of your new badge we recommend adding our 3D Crystal Doming option.

This Product is imprinted using our exclusive Thermo-Resin technology. This process creates sharp bright, durable images. Each badge is then Laminated to protect the printed surface from damage or fading. For Items that have gold or silver imprint we use actual metalic foil (not ink) to create a bright refective effect.
