1. Online here at BadgeBarn.com. If the product you wish to order is posted online you may find that it is the fastest most efficient way to place an order. However Badge Barn has several other convenient ordering methods.

2. Faxing of the order. For complex awards order or orders with many name badges you may wish to simply type the order out on one of our order forms or your company's letterhead and fax it to 208-687-5277

3. Phone it in! If you know what you want or have questions just give us a call and we will be happy to take your order over the phone. Sales hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm PST and Saturday 9:00-2:00 pst

Return Policy and Product Warranty

Customer Satisfaction Policy and Product Returns:
We want you to be pleased with your shopping experience with Badge Barn. That is why there is a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee on all of our products that have not been imprinted or personalized. If you are unhappy for any reason simply return the product in good condition and your account will be issued a badgebarn.com credit good towards the purchase of new products. Your account will be credited for the product cost less shipping cost. Please see the specific return policy's for each product type.

1. Name Badges - 30 Day return policy for 100% credit towards new badge. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product. This does not include shipping cost which is not credited or refunded.

2. Stock Agent Gear - 15 Day return with a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product. Product must be returned in re sellable condition.

3. Signage, Car Magnets or Stock Promotional Magnets- Since we can not reuse or reclaim these products they have more restrictive return conditions. You have 30 Days from the date you receive the item to return it for 50% credit or refund. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product.

4. Special Order Promotional Products - No returns allowed on these products

5. Awards and Recognition Products - Since we can not reuse or reclaim these products they have more restrictive return conditions. You have 15 Days from the date you receive the item to return it for 50% credit or refund. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product.

6. Stock Apparel - 30 Day return with a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product. Product must be returned in re sellable condition.

Manufacturing or Material Defects Warranty:
There is a 90 limited warranty on all for personalized and non-personalized products. The 90 day limited warranty covers manufacturing or material defects. This warranty give us the “seller” the right to either exchange the product with a new or recondition product or credit the "buyer" the product cost less shipping charges.

Spelling Errors:
Spelling errors of personalized products produced by Badge Barn will be replaced at no charge. The claim is filled within 10 days of your products delivery. Exceptions to the above policy include all orders were the order confirmation or artwork approval sent to the client with the error on the document and the client did not respond prior to the order being produced. We will however make the product at a 50% discount once the misspelled items have been returned.

To File a Claim For Misspelled Items:
Please make a photo copy of the badge or award and fax it along with a copy the original order to 208-687-5277. We will check our records and replace the badge per the terms listed above.

Merchandise Damaged In Shipping:
If the item was sent Via UPS, DHL or Fed Ex a claim must be filed by the recipient of the package. Please call customer service so we can begin reproducing the order while we coordinate the claim with shipping company. For items sent via USPS (mail) please contact customer service to have the product remade and coordinate the possible return of the damaged merchandize.

Product Liability
Badge Barn accepts no Liability For Injury or Damage from the use or misuse of any of our products. Buyer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the use of misuse of any of our products. Caution many of the name badges sold by Badge Barn contain a magnetic fastener to hold the badge to your shirt. In rare cases people with pacemakers have reported trouble with their pacemaker from using the type of magnetic fastener used on our badges. Each badge sold with a magnetic fastener comes with a simple warning printed on the back of the magnet.

Delinquent Accounts, Charge Backs and Returned Checks
Badge Barn Office Charge Accounts that are over 90 days past due are turned over to a collection agency. Buyer assumes responsibility for all court cost, collection fees in our attempts to collect the funds.

Credit Card Charge Backs: You must call customer service if there is a problem with a charge placed on your charge card first. You must give us the opportunity to resolve the issue you and thus issue the credit to your card on our end. If you feel that we did not resolve the issue then you have the legal right to request a charge back from your credit card company.

Returned Checks: There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks. We allow 60 days for the check to be cleared up before be sent it to collections.

BadgeBarn assumes no responsibility for determining the proper ownership or proper use of Artwork. All liabilities of this nature rest with the Customer. Customers placing orders with BadgeBarn represent and warrant that they have the authority to view, order and purchase the product with the Artwork specified on the order, and that the use or display of the Artwork will not violate any laws or client restrictions. BadgeBarn assumes no responsibility for determining who does or does not have such authority. By viewing or ordering products on this site the User shall defend and hold harmless BadgeBarn for the use of any Artwork and for breach of this warranty. Customers also shall indemnify, hold harmless, defend and absolve BadgeBarn, its affiliates and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights or merchandise. BadgeBarn reserves the right to photograph, show as samples, or use in BadgeBarn's advertising the items produced by BadgeBarn without liability as to trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Kooteny County, Idaho.

Either party may apply to the arbitrator seeking injunctive relief until the arbitration award is rendered or the controversy otherwise is resolved. Either party also may, without waiving any remedy under this agreement, seek from any court having jurisdiction located in Kooteny County, Idaho, any interim or provisional relief that is necessary to protect the rights or property of that party, pending the establishment of the arbitral tribunal (or pending the arbitral tribunal's determination of the merits of the controversy).

SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this Web Site Use Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that portion shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining portions of this Web Site Use Agreement. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any portion this Web Site User Agreement invalid or unenforceable, such portion shall be given the maximum effect permitted under applicable law, and the remainder of this Web Site Use Agreement shall remain valid and fully enforceable according to its terms, and the invalid or unenforceable portion shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intention of BadgeBarn.

NO WARRANTY
The information, materials and services provided in BadgeBarn.com are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or non-infringement, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from computer virus, other than those warranties that are implied by, and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement. All use of the Services (including but not limited to the accessing and use of content, information and services, the purchase of products and services, the transmission of information and other communications by and to you, and the downloading of computer files) is at your sole risk. BadgeBarn does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
In no event will BadgeBarn be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in connection with BadgeBarn.com or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if BadgeBarn, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Web Site Use Agreement is effective from your acceptance of the Policies, which is indicated by first use of BadgeBarn.com. BadgeBarn may terminate this Web Site Use Agreement any time without notice.

Upon termination of this Web Site Use Agreement, all rights granted to you under this Web Site Use Agreement shall terminate immediately. BadgeBarn's right to enforce the provisions of this Web Site Use Agreement shall survive termination of this Web Site Use Agreement.

California Proposition 65 Safety Statement
BadgeBarn has fully tested all of our decorating and printing inks used to decorate products in the USA. Although these independent findings show that our inks do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a California Proposition 65 warning label, California Proposition 65 has not fully established Safe Harbor Levels for all materials used in all BadgeBarn’s products. For interested parties, BadgeBarn may be able to provide, upon request, certification of independently tested concentrations of specific chemicals for specific products. In addition, BadgeBarn clients may request that the label below be applied to their products prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with California Proposition 65 regulatory requirements.
