How to lookup your order status for all online orders:

1. Locate the email confirmation that was sent you at the time you submitted your online order. This email was sent to the address you provided during your checkout. To help you find this email simply search for messages sent from orders@badgebarn.com See figure A below

2. In the middle of this email confirmation is a secure hyperlink that will take you directly to an order status page that contains shipment tracking information on your order. See below sample

 

3. This link will take you to a copy of your online order and status screen.


Located below the shopping cart area you will find the order status area that displays the order status and tracking number if available. Please note that if the order has not shipped the Order Status area may appear blank or display a message of when the order is expected to ship. If you believe that the order is overdue please click here to have us research the current production status and anticipated shipping date.

If the order has shipped the order status box will say Shipped and there will be the carrier and it's tracking number below. This tracking number is hyperlinked to the carriers tracking website.

Once you click on the tracking number you be directed to the carriers web site and shown details of the shipment.


Please note that USPS does not provide real time in transit tracking. The system will be able to confirm that we have transmitted package data and that the package has been or not been delivered. All other carriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS will have package progress details.
